Shiro 5th Birthday Order – Part 6: Free Samples and Final Thoughts

Now for the final installment in my awesomely huge Shiro anniversary order! Celebrating a company’s 5th birthday has never been more fun. Y’all know I am swatching addict, so this has been super fun for me.

I’m not sure what it is about swatching that I love so much, but I really enjoy it. I like that I can use my blog as a sort of search function for my collection and what each shadow looks like with different bases.

Here are the final swatches from this ultra haul. These are the free samples that I received. 3 came with my initial order, and the other 3 were sent to me with the Come Out, Come Out balm.

Note: All swatches are shown with Darling Girl Glitter Glue on the left and NYX white base on the right.

Smell Ya Later – This is an older sister to Alkahestry. It’s purple with a blue tint to it with LOTS of violet and blue sparkles. Very lovely and right up my alley.IMG_6265 IMG_6266 IMG_6267 IMG_6269

Hermaeus Mora – This is a nice matte gray-taupe with green sparkles. It’s hard to jump up and down over matte taupes, but this one is lovely. It applies smoothly, and the green glitter is a nice bonus.IMG_6270 IMG_6271 IMG_6273

Triforce – When I swatched this (I always take notes when I swatch stuff, before I turn them into a blog post), I wrote down “gold butter.” It’s a gorgeous yellow-gold color, and it applies so buttery and smooth that I want to eat it.IMG_6275 IMG_6276 IMG_6277 IMG_6278

Gizmo – This one was a surprise favorite for me. It’s an orange-red copper with lots of copper sparkle. It also applies so creamy and smooth. I think this is one of my top Shiro shades I have (of all of them), which says a lot!!IMG_6280 IMG_6281 IMG_6282 IMG_6283

An Unexpected party – I already received this in a surprise pack. Swatches here.

In closing on this mega-series of Shiro swatches, I have loved pretty much everything from my Shiro 5th anniversary haul.

I feel the same way about swatches, it’s so satisfying to have an index of my products but it’s also just fun to do swatches. I love your swatches, they’re so pretty!
