It’s no lie that I love the color green. I don’t think it’s my favorite color (my fave is actually gray), but it’s probably my second favorite. I am a huge fan of mint greens. One of my favorite eyeshadows that is minty is Notoriously Morbid’s Stake of Holly. The lighting wasn’t really playing along (I was taking the photo sitting in my car before walking into work), so I couldn’t really capture how lovely this color.
Now here’s the sad part – Stake of Holly is no longer available. I know! Sad! It’s such a lovely medium mint green with a strong golden shift. It’s one of my favorites. When NM announced that they were discontinuing it, I made sure to purchase a larger size so that I never have to be without!
So glad I got that. This is one of my top eyeshadows, I think.
For this look, I paired it with two other favorite NM eyeshadows (for some reason, I like to wear all colors in a look from the same company – at least when I can), Tea Tosh and Gypsy Curse.
Tea Tosh is a super pretty champagne color. Gypsy Curse is one of my favorite crease colors, along with Mother of Dragons. Gypsy Curse works as a crease color for pretty much everything. It’s dark taupe with what seems to me to be the tiniest tinge of purple hidden away there. I just love it!
